I guess my first question is: was Yoichi Shigaraki a submissive/sub-switch and is All for One a dominant/dom-switch? And my second question relates to your sub!Tomura post and only makes sense if Yoichi is submissive-leaning- do you think a lot of how he was raised to more so embrace submission as a whole (even though he was supposed to be a leader and those two things kind of contradict) had to do with All for One kinda... seeing him as 'like Yoichi' in a way? I can't imagine All for One wanting his Yoichi-lookalike to have any negative connotations with anything that made him more like his ...beloved... brother. Also, who was domming Tomura when he was younger? All for One? Garaki? I don't remember if Kurogiri was a sub or sub-switch, so was it him? Or was he just plain dosing on hormones like Izuku mentioned was possible in the protest chapter until it got too expensive to maintain?

sure, sub!yoichi and dom!afo, its not something i really thought about but it makes more sense than any other combo, thematically.

as far as who was domming tomura when he was younger….kurogiri is a sub, but he’s also just sort of nothing, being a corpse and all. it’s….diminished, if you will. he’s also older than tomura, so there’s that power dynamic happening. basically, kurogiri would have helped as much as he could, and it definitely works in the short term, and god damn now i’m having emotions about that

i’ve always always loved in these types of aus when submissives have sub friends and mentors, it’s very sweet. which is a big reason why i made it a cultural Thing for FLFverse! so now….yeah, i need to keep that in mind going forward, that layer of their relationship.
